My other blogs...

Whilst juggling a work-life balance between the beauty industry and London's social scene, I am sure to keep my fingers busy tap-tap-tapping away on this keyboard trying to make sense of the fleeting thoughts in my head.  These are tending to slot into three areas: fashion & news, food, diets & exercise and globe-trotting, exploration and cultural discoveries.

My university course Fashion Communication & Promotion was extremely hands-on working with live industry briefs. Research blogs were a critical part of the execution of our ideas in this rapidly developing digital online environment. Take a look at some of the blogs I have worked on during my three years at Nottingham Trent...

In my final year, my projects were dedicated to L'Oreal Professionnel Homme, working on a brief set by L'Oreal UK as part of the Brandstorm competition 2011. In a team of three, we documented our journey from market research, initial idea development through to the execution of the communication and consumer marketing strategy:

For the development of our own zine, we had to research the current market and try and find a new concept which would be appealing to our audience at the London Zine Symposium on 28th May 2010. This blog allowed our team of three to collate all our research here:

Alongside our printed zine, we established an online presence which would increase awareness of our zine "This is...Frankie" and feature exclusive interviews, photo shoots, videos and additional articles:

Our live project with Kickers was to help re-brand and increase the market share for this brand.  Our research was documented online so our team of five could easily access and download our research of the footwear market and interesting advertising campaigns:
